Meet Our Directors

Ina

After earning a degree in Child Psychology in Moldova, Ina began her family daycare as a way to spend time with her own kids while creating a community for them. Opening a daycare in her home meant that her students became like members of her family.

Though LSA has since outgrown Ina's basement, her relationship with each child continues to make the school unique. Ina speaks Russian, English, and Hebrew, and loves to learn about other languages and cultures from her students and their families.

When she is not building skyscrapers out of Legos and playing fraction games with preschoolers, Ina loves to garden, spend time with her family, and walk around Sharon with her dog Ben.

Sandy

Sandy has been part of LSA since she was 6 years old! Sandy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and has worked as a hearing screener for newborns at NYU Langone Hospital. Her background in speech development has given her a special interest in the toddler age groups, as she is fascinated by the associated milestones.

Being bilingual herself, Sandy enjoys working with parents to encourage a multilingual household. In her free time, Sandy and her husband are trying to accomplish hiking all the 4,000-footers in New Hampshire while also raising their daughters to love the outdoors.

We look forward to meeting you and your family!
