Nutrition
We offer three meals a day:
breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack
Breakfast includes: two different fruits, a grain with organic whole milk, and raisins
Lunch includes: two different vegetable options, a protein, and a grain
Afternoon snack includes: two different fruits and a cheese stick or yogurt
Kids are HAPPIER and ready to learn when they have a good, healthy meal!
Kids eat BETTER when they eat together and eat the same thing!

Breakfast
Pears or Bananas
Oatmeal with Organic Whole Milk and Raisins
Lunch
Vegetable and Bean Soup
Tomato, Cucumber, Pepper and Peas Salad with Olive Oil
Baked Chicken Breast, or Fish, or Turkey Meatballs, and Whole Wheat Pasta.
(all of our protein is antibiotic, preservative, and hormone free)
Snack
Cantaloupe or Plums
Cheese Stick or Yogurt
